Quoting app for bathroom fitters.Quote the refit while you are still standing in it.
Short answer
Upheld is a quoting app for UK bathroom fitters. Talk through the refit on site, it prices the strip out, plumbing, tiling and labour from your own price list and day rate, and your customer gets a branded video quote with an illustration of the finished bathroom, the written quotation and a deposit link.
Tiling and plumbing take ages to price
Square metres, adhesive, trims, valves and traps. Every refit is a spreadsheet.
They cannot picture it
Your customer is choosing between a price and a hope. Show them the finished room and the choice gets easier.
The follow up is guesswork
You do not know whether to ring tomorrow or leave it a week.
How a quote gets made in Upheld
- Walk the job and talk it through on your phone, the way you would explain it to a mate. Add a few photos.
- Upheld turns it into priced lines from your own price list, your markup and your day rate. Anything it cannot price is flagged for you.
- You check every line and press send. Nothing reaches a customer until you have.
- Your customer gets one link by text, WhatsApp or email: a short video quote in your name, the written quotation, and buttons to accept, ask for a change or pay the deposit.
- You see when they open it and how much they watch. When someone keeps coming back to it, Upheld tells you to ring them.

Can my customer ask questions on the quote?
Yes. They can message you from the quote page and you reply from Upheld. Everything stays with the quote.
Do I need a laptop?
