Quoting app for kitchen fitters.Let them see the new kitchen, not just the price.
Short answer
Upheld is a quoting app for UK kitchen fitters. Talk through the install on site, it prices the fitting, the trades and the materials from your own rates, and your customer gets a branded video quote with an illustration of the finished kitchen, the written quotation and a deposit link. You see when they watch it and when to call.
A kitchen is an emotional buy
Your customer is picturing the finished room. A list of carcass fixings and worktop joints does not help them picture anything.
So many moving parts
Strip out, plumbing, electrics, plastering, tiling, worktops. Pricing it all takes hours.
Big quotes go quiet
A £12,000 decision takes time, and you have no idea whether they are still deciding or chose someone else.
How a quote gets made in Upheld
- Walk the job and talk it through on your phone, the way you would explain it to a mate. Add a few photos.
- Upheld turns it into priced lines from your own price list, your markup and your day rate. Anything it cannot price is flagged for you.
- You check every line and press send. Nothing reaches a customer until you have.
- Your customer gets one link by text, WhatsApp or email: a short video quote in your name, the written quotation, and buttons to accept, ask for a change or pay the deposit.
- You see when they open it and how much they watch. When someone keeps coming back to it, Upheld tells you to ring them.

What a kitchen fitting quote should spell out
- Who supplies the units, worktops and appliances, and who is responsible for delivery
- Each trade involved: strip out, plumbing, electrics, plastering, tiling, decorating
- What is excluded, such as flooring or moving a gas supply
- The programme in days, so the customer can plan around having no kitchen
- The deposit, the stages and the total
Show them the finished room
Upheld can make an illustration of the finished kitchen from your photo of the room as it is today. You approve it before it goes, and it is always labelled as an illustration so nobody mistakes it for a promise.
Questions trades ask
Can I show the customer what the kitchen will look like?
Yes. Upheld can draw an illustration of the finished job from your site photo. You pick from options and approve it, and it is labelled as an illustration on the quote.
Can I quote customer supplied kitchens?
