Quoting app for landscapers.Sell the garden they are picturing.
Short answer
Upheld is a quoting app for UK landscapers and garden designers. Talk through the patio, fencing or garden build on site, it prices the materials, plant hire and labour from your own rates, and your customer gets a branded video quote with an illustration of the finished garden, the written quotation and a deposit link.
The garden is a picture in their head
Your customer is imagining summer evenings on a new patio. A list of sub base and pointing does not match the picture.
Materials prices move
Porcelain, sleepers and aggregates change price through the year. Your quotes need to keep up.
Spring brings a rush of quotes
Every enquiry arrives at once. The firm that quotes first and best gets the work.
How a quote gets made in Upheld
- Walk the job and talk it through on your phone, the way you would explain it to a mate. Add a few photos.
- Upheld turns it into priced lines from your own price list, your markup and your day rate. Anything it cannot price is flagged for you.
- You check every line and press send. Nothing reaches a customer until you have.
- Your customer gets one link by text, WhatsApp or email: a short video quote in your name, the written quotation, and buttons to accept, ask for a change or pay the deposit.
- You see when they open it and how much they watch. When someone keeps coming back to it, Upheld tells you to ring them.

How to write a landscaping quote
- Measure and price by area, and name the paving or decking product
- Price the groundwork: excavation, sub base, drainage and waste
- List plant hire, skips and access issues separately
- Say what is not included, such as planting or lighting
- Show the deposit, the total, and how long the price stands while materials move
Questions trades ask
Can I show the finished garden?
Yes. Upheld can draw an illustration of the finished job from your photo of the garden today, labelled as an illustration, after you approve it.
How long is my price valid?
You choose. Set a validity period on each quote so a price from March is not held in August.
Can I quote small maintenance jobs?
You can, but Upheld is built for jobs above about £1,000 where the customer is comparing quotes.
Do customers need an account?
No. They open one link on their phone and can accept, ask for changes and pay the deposit there.
